Thanks to our supporters, we were able to report from London the day after the death of Queen Elizabeth II, to show our Hungarian readers how the British are mourning their longest-reigning monarch. Our video report from the UK's capital.
Even though Queen Elizabeth II was not Hungarian (although some would beg to differ due to her great-great grandmother having been a Hungarian countess), she did leave a lasting impact in many Hungarians' hearts when she visited the country in 1993. It was partly due to the lasting effect her long-ago visit had on so many that we were glad to be able to show our readers what the British people had to say at this historic time.
