The Argentinian team, like the Argentinian people, represents the values of mestizo America and does not accept any kind of racial, social, religious or gender discrimination.

– this is how Hernán María Patiño Mayer, Argentina's Ambassador to Hungary, responded to a question from Telex, commenting on the congratulatory post by Fidesz MP Szilárd Németh. After Argentina's victory in the football World Cup final Németh wrote on Facebook that "A white, Christian country with European values has become the world champion. Go Argentina!"

The ambassador essentially disassociates himself from every single adjective attributed to his country by Németh and embraces the values of a mestizo America. Mestizo is a mix of white immigrants and indigenous South American Indians, the very "mixed race" that Viktor Orbán famously spoke about Hungarians not wanting to become.
