Viktor Orbán and several of his ministers said that in early November, they agreed with Donald Trump in Washington that the United States would provide Hungary with a "financial shield" if necessary. No details of the agreement were disclosed, only that it had been concluded. Now Donald Trump has said that although Viktor Orbán requested such a shield, he did not give it to him.
