Arte: Is an end to AIDS in sight? Could the UN's plan work, even though only three people have been cured so far?

The UN wants to put an end to the HIV pandemic by 2030. Some European countries are lagging behind. Arte spoke to a doctor who was on the medical team that managed to cure a man of HIV. He explains why finding a cure isn’t as simple as it might seem, and we take a look at the obstacles, including a surge in cases linked to the rise of chemsex.
