After almost 10 months of fighting, Russia says its taken full control of Bakhmut, an Eastern salt-mining city in Ukraine. But with schools, apartments, and shops all destroyed or severely damaged: what was the cost? ARTE Europe Weekly looks at the impact on a political, psychological, and human level.
