Arte: Can Europe End Femicide?

Some are calling it a ‘silent war against women’; the crime of femicide means killing women or girls because of their gender. But what are the underlying reasons and long-term fixes that could put an end to it? ARTE Europe weekly takes a look at how Europe is preventing and punishing gender-based violence.
