Arte: Many across Europe quit alcohol for Dry January. But is the glass half full or empty?

9 of the 10 countries that drink the most in the world are in the EU. But from binge to mindful drinking, a new wave of Europeans – boosted by the allure of healthier lifestyles – are raising their glasses to mindful drinking concepts such as ‘Damp January’.
