The lead singer of one of Germany's most successful rock bands is facing sexual misconduct allegations after several concert-goers came forward. But what do consent and sexism look like in a post #MeToo world? Elsewhere, rock and pop have no shortage of women trailblazers and there's no doubt their music was inspired by female emancipation. A newly launched comic book – Music Queens – and accompanying TV series aim to connect the dots.
