Arte: Cyber-attacks are on the rise in Europe – and the EU needs to defend itself, fast

The number of cyber-attacks in Europe have increased massively since the start of the war in Ukraine. The upcoming Olympics in France and the June European elections are prime targets. The EU is already ramping up cybersecurity measures, such as creating a coordinated defence system against growing threats. But is it enough?
